Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ArcticSign Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

ArcticSign Enterprise provides an API for iOS developer certificate issuance. You may use the service to register device UDIDs and retrieve certificates on behalf of your own end users ("End Customers").

3. Operator Responsibilities

As an Operator, you are solely responsible for:

• KYC and acceptable-use verification of your End Customers
• Compliance with all applicable laws and Apple's Developer Program terms
• Ensuring certificates are not used for piracy, malware distribution, or impersonation
• Any billing, refunds, and support for your End Customers

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to distribute malicious software, impersonate Apple or any third party, or violate any applicable law.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Certificates revoked by the upstream provider will be passed through without compensation unless covered by the upstream warranty.

6. Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds for certificate revocations are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to upstream provider policies.
